一間前身為五金店，變身成一間咖啡店，更保留原店名稱。工業風加上咖啡新時代，就是另一種新舊交替感覺。這店位置很大，加上outdoor位置寬敞，外國風就出來了。
而且此店由城中的Top Specialty Coffee Chain (PPP COFFEE) 打理，店就在Retail同Workshop區，簡直是咖啡迷必到的地方。
早上嚟到這裡就已經排長隊，可見此店的知名度極高。
有驚喜的是他們的brunch，是新加坡名菜的改良早餐版。
